Conditions of Purchase

By placing an order on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The details given and images shown are for guideline information purposes only. All dimensions, sizes and weights are approximate. Manufacturers and suppliers reserve their rite to change the specifications of their goods in any way without prior notice.

Should we for any reason be unable to fulfil your order, we will dispatch what we can and any outstanding items will need to be re-ordered, if we cannot supply any of your order we will notify you. We maintain our rite to decline any order submitted, for any reason that we feel necessary. It is unlikely that this would occur, however, reasons might be attempted fraud, products no longer available or errors in our listings/pricing.

Delivery

We will get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Goods in stock will be despatched the same day if possible. Goods not in stock can take up to four weeks, please feel free to contact us BEFORE placing an order to check our stock position if a quick delivery is required as refunds will not be considered unless they fall outside our quoted time scale. Delivery costs are for UK mainland only and may be more than the quoted Band for quantities of large or heavy items, customers will be contacted to confirm any additional charges before the order is processed. Please leave up to 7 working days before contacting us if there has been a delay on your delivery. All deliveries require a signature upon arrival at your address unless a prior agreement has been made.

Acceptance of Goods

You must inspect the goods when they arrive to check that they have not been damaged in transit. If the goods are obviously damaged, please do not accept them from the carrier. Please notify us as soon as possible if there is a problem.

Customer Service & Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days, unused in its original packaging together with the receipt. We will exchange it or refund the purchase price of the item. You remain responsible for items until they are received and accepted at our premises and for their return cost.
